To find your Moon's sign: Find the year of your birth and then your birthdate.
The tables show the Moon's position at midnight of every other day on Greenwich Meantime.
If you were born outside the UK, you need to convert your time of birth to Greenwich Meantime.
Regardless of where you were born, you also need to take away one hour if you were born during
Daylight Savings Time- that is usually from the end of March to the end of October.
Now you are ready to calculate your Moon's position.
There are 30 degrees in each sign. If the Moon was at 25 degrees at midnight on the
day you were born and you were born in the evening, then this means that the Moon
is in the next sign. You can calculate the Moon's precise position at the time that you
were born. The Moon moves approximately 1 degree every two hours, so you could count forward
one degree every two hours. If this takes you to 29, you may have been born with the Moon in the
next sign.
